If you're not satisfied with your purchase, send it back for exchange or refund within 30 days from the date you receive it, accompanied with the packing slip.  Gift recipients will receive a non-refundable credit.

Please note, the cost to ship an item for return/exchange is the customer's responsibility. If the item is an exchange, SNOLUXE will ship the exchanged item(s) to the customer without any charge.
