Which forms of payment do you accept?

How long does it take for a charge to appear on my credit card?

Charges may take up to 5 days to appear on your credit card. An Authorization for the full amount of the transaction will be placed on your credit card at the time of purchase. 

Is my credit card information secure?

The SNOLUXE online ordering process that involves credit card information employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.

 

ORDER STATUS

What is the status of my order?

You will receive an order confirmation via email after your order is placed. If items are shipped separately, you will receive an email with a tracking number for each shipment.

How do I change an order before it has shipped?

Please email customer service at customerservice@snoluxe.com and in the subject line write "CHANGE IN MY ORDER". Be sure to include your order number, first and last name and phone number. Customer Service will reach out to you to change your order before it ships.

What happens if an item from my order is out of stock?

If an item from your order is out of stock you will receive an email notification. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
